BACKGROUND
Based on 10+ years of experience as lawyer and partner with leading Danish law firms in addition to 10+ years of experience as lawyer and general counsel in an international oil company Mikkel is a firm believer that lawyers can create great value to any business as long as legal services are provided in commercially focused and modern ways.

SPECIALISATION
Mikkel has worked on a specialist level with contracting, transactions and compliance serving a large range of industries, including energy, shipping and logistics. As the leader of large in-house teams and project teams in law firms Mikkel has gained substantial experience in structuring and optimising legal work and teams. In recent years, Mikkel has been highly engaged in the developments within legal tech, and Mikkel has built a large knowledge of the presently available legal solutions and technologies. Mikkel’s background provides him with an unique insight into the best legal solutions for businesses and opportunities for lawyers.
